Type: Shingle. Beach backed by access track, village green, lake and fields.
Ownership: Part private.
  Part South Hams District Council.
Access: The beach is 20m walk from the car park. From unmade track along foreshore or access point through rock armour defences.
Disabled access: Disabled users can access the beach via one of two slipways. (Please bear in mind there is no boardwalk once on the sand).
Parking: Free carparking in Beesands along side of track, behind sea wall and in front of village houses.
Facilities: In Beesands there is a pub, telephone and toilets.
Lifeguard: None.
Activities: Bird hide beside lake (Beesands Ley or Widdicombe Ley), coastal walks.
Dogs: No known restrictions, but please read the FAQs.
Barbecues: No known restrictions, but please read the FAQs.
Slipway access: Concrete ramp for pedestrian access only.
